Selling homes since 2005, Elizabeth Hotz is a licensed Broker and Realtor. She is recognized annually by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, as well as The Kentwood Real Estate Million Dollar Club for outstanding residential sales. Elizabeth Hotz works with her father and partner, Larry Hotz, out of The Kentwood Companys DTC office where Larry has worked for the past 35 years.

From Cherry Hills, where she was raised and attended school to Downtown Denver, she knows the territory. She has lived in the Southern Hills neighborhood of Denver but sell all though the City and Denver Suburbs.

As a Denver native, Elizabeth knows the ins and outs of a variety of different neighborhoods in town, as well as the suburbs. She works diligently to make sure that her Buyers are placed in just the right location for their needs. She loved being raised in the Denver suburb of Cherry Hills Village and now loves living in the city.
As a Seller's agent, Elizabeth's previous experience in marketing and public relations shines. She is always searching for unique and exciting ways to get exposure for her listings.
Elizabeth has served on the Board of Directors for the Fine Arts Foundation and is an active member of the Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Association and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. She also supports the regional work of the AntiDefamation League, the National Kidney Foundation, and Families First.
Elizabeth loves to spend time with her two school age sons, Wyatt Bjorn and Thatcher. In between updating their new family home in the Southern Hills neighborhood and entertaining friends, she is apt to be checking out the local event scene or sampling a new Denver restaurant.
