RE/MAX Alliance Loveland Office in Loveland
View active listings.

Hello, my name is Lynette Kiehn. I am a Realtor with RE/MAX ALLIANCE in Loveland Colorado. I am also a Northern Colorado native, so as you can imagine, I know the area well. I am a family-oriented person and My husband and I have two beautiful little girls. Outside of business we enjoy mini family vacations amongst other hobbies; including, thrift store shopping ha-ha-ha and a more recent found hobby --wood working. It is safe to say, real estate has always interested me and when I moved down to Denver 13 years ago, I obtained two jobs where I started my experience in the real estate industry. These offices I worked at were a Law Firm downtown and Pemco LTD HUD. During this part of my work experience I learned a lot about HOA litigation, was a contract specialist, and a marketing specialist. After 6 years in Denver I decided to move back home to Northern Colorado. This is when I began my college courses to explore other career avenues. I took care of my prerequisites and eventually got accepted into the CSU Pre-Medical Biomedical program, but I had a change of heart and realized I really wanted to focus on my initial passionreal estate. This was quite a step for me and being accepted into the biomedical program was a huge deal! I was shooting for becoming a doctor but I knew deep down that it wasnt for me. So, I took another step of faith and signed up for the Real Estate classes at Northern Colorado College of Real Estate. I am so glad I made this change because now I am pursuing my dream as a real estate agent. There are so many reasons why my passion has become Real Estate:
I love architecture and all the uniqueness of homes
The history of homes and neighborhoods always interests me
I enjoy learning and educating clients about real estate law and ways to negotiate
Helping people either make or achieve their housing/ commercial goals
I love marketing and being creative yet effective
Paperwork doesnt bore me
Writing contracts and always learning how to use words more effectively to better serve my clients.

As you can see, my business and my clients are important to me! I believe the best way to achieve success as a realtor comes down to serving my clients, working hard and communicating effectively. Here are some qualities I live by and always try to incorporate into my interactions.
Always be honest even when it might be hard
Stay organized, this is so important because without organization any system will fail
Always communicate with clients and make sure to listen closely
This transaction is your deal, not mine
Be timely
Being prepared to change a plan in order to best serve my client
Pursue continuing education through the classes at Keller Williams or through the State
Continually pursue business contacts related to my industry, this way my clients are only one call away from whatever it is they might need
Always be professional and represent my clients to the best of my ability
My career in Real Estate has been very enjoyable thus far, but building relationships is the frosting on the cake. Let me prove to you why I am the best Realtor to represent you, your family, and or friends. Please keep me in mind and dont hesitate to reach out to me! Your business and referrals are the best compliment I can earn!
