Your Local Real Estate Expert Having lived and worked in Centennial, Greenwood Village, and the DTC area for over 30 years, I bring a combination of experience and education to my clients, as well as a local perspective to real estate in Denvers southeast corridor. I earned my Masters degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. Additionally, I owned three rental properties by the age of 30 and have renovated several homes, including one that was recognized by the US Department of Interior for its historic contribution. Real estate has always been a passion of mine and I am excited to help you find your next property, sell the one you have, or both! Prior to becoming a real estate broker, I worked for 24 years at IBM in various roles including mergers and acquisitions, which involved bringing together buyers and sellers in order to complete a mutually beneficial transaction. I hold two US patents and have owned my own business, so I understand the unique obstacles of buying a home when self-employed. I welcome the opportunity to talk to you about your real estate goals and help you create a plan to achieve them. My personal motto is to go the extra mile, which has helped me to succeed over the years, and I will put that attitude to work for you.
