Thank you for visiting my site and learning a little about me. I grew up in California, and moved to the Fort Collins area in 2005 with my husband (Eddie) and our three children (Ryan, Aron, and Morgan). We have immensely enjoyed living in Colorado, and our choice to relocate here. During this time I have really had a lot of time to learn about our different areas and subdivision all of Northern Colorado has to offer. I love the variety of subdivisions our city has to offer, as well as the diversity of educational programs each school offers.My career began in teaching first in California and then in Northern Colorado. I am bilingual (Spanish), and have always worked as either a bilingual teacher, or assisting our limited English population students. After spending many years in education, I felt I needed to follow another passion I have always had. When I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate I had no idea what to expect. I have quickly realized how much I enjoy helping people and educating clients through the buy and sell process and assisting them in making sound real estate decisions. I have been able to build my business on referrals from satisfied clients, and friends,and it has kept me busy. I have met some wonderful people who I know will be my friends for a long time to come. I have also met several people in the trade that I would highly recommend for any home improvement projects. My referrals are able to help you prepare your home for selling, or to help with your new purchase or remodel. Real Estate transactions can be difficult, and somewhat confusing. I work very hard to make each of my clients feel comfortable and confident in their decisions throughout the process.
