I have lived in Northern Colorado my entire life; I was born in Sterling, raised in Loveland since the age of 3, and now live in Timnath. I attended CSU-Pueblo and graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors in Science of Human Services. In 2002, I began my real estate career at the age of 15 and have worked in a variety of roles over the years and gained an extensive knowledge of the business from the inside out.
I grew up in the real estate world and have extensive knowledge of the industry and the Northern Colorado market. But most importantly, I care for my clients well and take the time to get to know them and their individual needs. I work diligently, pay close attention to detail, and understand the value of integrity and respect. I promise an honest transaction while taking care of the marketing, negotiations, paperwork and so much more. I have received a number of real estate certifications over the years, including a Senior Real Estate Specialist, in order to work efficiently with clients over the age of 55 as they make important transition decisions.
I currently live in Timnath with my husband and son, James. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside, playing sand volleyball, gardening, camping, paddle boarding, and hosting friends and family. We are involved in our church community and volunteer with several local organizations, including United Way, Women Give, Habitat for Humanity, local sports teams, United for Youth, Life for the Innocent, Serve 6.8, and several local and global missionaries.

New Construction - Hannah has experience with many New Construction builders in Northern Colorado and enjoys knowing the ins and outs of their contracts, building processes and details to pay attention to throughout the process.
Expertise - Experience in listing and selling throughout Larimer and Weld County, single family homes, vacant land, first-time home buyer searches, delicate moving situations involving divorce and separation agreements, high-end marketing features and serving those 55+ active adults who are transitioning into retirement, independent living, assisted living and beyond.
