Dave Woodward started his real estate career in 1975 working on a golf course real estate development project owned by his wifes family in the Denver area. He worked on that project until moving to the western slope of Colorado in 1994. Dave soon joined Coldwell Banker Home Owners Realty and almost immediately met Craig Ginter and they became partners. Dave and Craig soon began working on subdivisions and other projects together and were members of the Coldwell Banker International presidents Circle for 2001-2004. Dave and Craig made the big decision to open a United Country office in 2005 and named it United Country RealQuest Realty. In 2007 RealQuest Realty was the #1 office in the nation, and we have continued to stay in the top 10% since that time.
Dave has been active in the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association Board and served on the board for 9 years in various positions. He has kept up on the latest knowledge by taking classes and continuing education, earning designations of GRI, CRS and CNHS.
Dave is a dedicated real estate broker with an enormous amount of experience. He is ready to help you with your real estate needs residential or commercial. He and his partner Craig, are here to help you buy or sell real estate.
