My goal is to help people with real estate in Grand County, Colorado. I am invested in helping people achieve their real estate dreams - I work with vacation/second homeowners, locals, investors & developers. I specialize in properties in Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, Granby, Hot Sulphur Springs and Grand Lake - condos, townhomes, multi-family, single family, luxury, vacant land, development parcels and everything in between!
I truly enjoy this small town community and love all of the outdoor activities Grand County has to offer. I work hard at real estate, and I also play hard skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, backpacking, hiking, mountain biking, rafting, festivals And I want to share my love of Grand County with all of the people I meet! One of my favorite things is sharing some of my beloved trails with people that are new to the area - every time they are amazed at the variety & beauty of trails we have here.
I am proud to be one of the 8 owners at Real Estate of Winter Park, it is a great team atmosphere that I believe really benefits my clients. We take great pride in our unique marketing strategy. We also believe that giving back to our community is the core of what we do. Without community involvement from its members, Grand County does not thrive. As a Winter Park-Fraser Valley Rotary
Member and a member of the Grand County Board of Realtors MLS Committee, the 2017 Grand County Board of Realtors Chair, I hope to do my part.
After graduating from Western State College in Gunnison, CO with a degree in Biology (with the help of a basketball scholarship), I moved to Winter Park in 2003. I fell in love with Grand County and decided to stay as so many people do. Ive been a Realtor since 2006 and started as a licensed assistant to a couple of the top producers in Grand County. Working with elite Realtors taught me how to be professional, detailed and customer service oriented.
