In 2009, Tiare Flora partnered with Alix Rowland to create a Team at the Wells Group of Durango. The team has evolved into Team North Star and includes Monique Flora and Alyse Spencer with John Ralph and Alix Rowland enjoying retirement, however still referring to our Team for past client's real estate needs. Tiare, Monique and Alyse strongly believe the team dynamic allows them to offer their combined knowledge, experience, passion, and time to best serve their clients. While each Realtor wears many hats and shares all responsibilities, Tiares focus is generally on residential listings, developer/investment properties, and helping buyers with all types of purchases.
Tiare brings over 25 years of combined experience as a Realtor, Certified Real Estate Appraiser, a real estate investor/developer, and rental manager to the partnership. She grew up in San Diego, graduated from the Colorado Rocky Mountain School and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Tiare and her husband, Eric, are currently partners and developers West Dalton Ranch, a residential development just north of Durango. Over the past 10 years they have helped to develop neighborhoods in Edgemont Highlands, including The Timbers and The Overlook. Their family enjoys volunteering for dog shelters, paddle boarding, spending time in Baja, and playing with their dog Thelma Louise and their cat/dog Delilah.
