I love it all.Denver is a fantastic place to live. Weve lived & own properties all over this great city! From our loft downtown (lived there in the early 90s when it was a little edgy and quiet down there) to our adorable little (and I mean REALLY little) house in Bonnie Brae to our 1890s Victorian in Platte Park to our Golden condo to the Berkeley bungalow to the Highlands row home to the Morrison place to our current mid-century modern house in Lakewood. Steve says Im like the guy who gets a job at the bike shop and all of a sudden have every cool bike out there. Yeah. Thats me.Real estate is in our blood. My sister, Bree, is an irreplaceable part of our team. She started her real estate career at the age of seven. I would pay her in McDonalds coupons to help me pass out Just Listed flyers door to door. She did it in her rollerblades so she was really fast! My brother is the fifth largest home builder in the state of Oregon. My dad and his wife are RE/MAX Realtors in southern California. You can imagine the family get togethers. There are many facets to this business. Steve, Bree and I make a great team because we all shine at different things. Although the three of us take care of all facets of our real estate transactions, we each have our specialties. I take care of a great deal of the marketing of our listings. I insure that our properties are highly visible to prospective purchasers. This involves knowing what kind of buyer we might be looking for and where they may be searching for properties. I have a creative, high energy personality and have been told that just Im a little competitive. This helps so much with the marketing as I make SURE that our listings are the properties that get viewed and sell for the best price & terms possible. Extensive advertising is one of my top priorities. I also love to help our sellers stage their homes to insure that the home live up to its highest potential.I have been a real estate broker for over 20 years. Yes. Seriously. 20 years. Over the years Ive been honored to receive many awards for excellence in real estate, including RE/MAXs Platinum Club (every year for the past 10 years), the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement award, RE/MAX Hall Of Fame award and am consistently one of the top Realtors in the Denver Metro area. Really, though, what matters most to me is that our clients keep referring their friends, family & co-workers to us and that weve helped some of them with five or six moves. Weve had the honor of working with multiple generations of several families over the years.
