Michelle Madd is the President and founding partner of Mountain View Real Estate Group, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Michelle is a licensed Realtor in Colorado and provides real estate services in several communities in the Front Range mountains from residential neighborhoods to rural properties. She enjoys working with both Sellers and Buyers and covers the major cities of Colorado Springs, Monument, Fountain, Manitou Springs and Woodland Park.
Michelle grew up on a ranch in Colorado where her passion for real estate began. In addition to ranching, her family subdivided land and built custom homes, which gave her an appreciation for land ownership and the complexities of building.
After obtaining a Masters degree in Economics from Texas A&M University, Michelle spent two decades in finance as a commercial lender, a corporate financial analyst and a residential mortgage lender. Given our complex mortgage lending environment, Michelles financial background has enabled her to navigate difficult real estate contracts that required creative financial solutions to complete the transaction.
Michelles focus is providing solutions for a customers needs, in an efficient and honest manner. Successful real estate transactions require not only knowledge of the real estate market but also the mortgage industry and where the various road bumps may lie. Michelles can do attitude, coupled with integrity and trust, has enabled her to develop a customer base that returns repeatedly to solicit her candid assessment of what is best for them. Add a good sense of humor with Michelles expertise, and you have a recipe for a real estate agent who will satisfactorily finish the job each and every time, and allow the client to enjoy the process along the way!
Whether serving first time home buyers, military veterans or seasoned investors, it is a joy for Michelle to guide folks through the process of buying or selling the single largest investment most of us will ever make that of owning a home. She has moved internationally and has owned investment properties as well as her own home she knows what you are experiencing!
Michelle is blessed with a wonderful husband and loves living in Colorado. If it involves the outdoors or sports, she loves to participate. Colorado has so much to do and see here one can never tire of the natural beauty we are surrounded by.
