Nicole is among the fortunate few who are native to small-town Colorado, and it is those roots that drew her to the Valley and its beauty and small-town feel. Nicole pursued coming to the Valley after a successful career as a multi-sport athlete and Division I Collegiate golfer. Nicole also excelled in her academics and graduated with Summa Cum Laude Honors and as Valedictorian of her class at the University of Colorado. Her love and understanding of the Western Colorado lifestyle along with the relationships she has built with clients and friends in the Valley over the last 20 years, motivated Nicole to pursue Real Estate as a perfect complement to her other passions. Along with being an LPGA Professional, Certified Fitness Professional and Owner/Founder of Golfit, LLC; Nicole has been serving the Real Estate Community of the Roaring Fork Valley since 2007 and is very excited to join the team at Engel & Vlkers. She says, Every client, whether it be real estate, golf or fitness, has a goal that they need accomplished. I love that it is my job to assist each person in figuring out how to reach their goal! Each client is different and each goal that they have is a puzzle I have to help them solve. Really, my professions have been more alike than they have been different. In all cases, its about the clientwhat do they needwho are theywhat is best for themwhat are their strengths/weaknesses? Its about developing a game plan and understanding what we need to do as a team to get them to their goal? Its about developing trust and communication, and that is just as important in coaching and teaching as it is in a client-broker relationship. I feel that my professional activities have always been synergistic and brought out the best in me as a Broker.
