As a resident of Summit County, CO for nearly 30 years, my knowledge of the market is deep and detailed. I spent my childhood here with my family, skiing, biking, and hiking. My father's engineering firm was one of the first to develop property at Copper Mountain and thanks to working there for many years, my knowledge of the resort's history is deep. I graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Engineering, but also spent nearly 15 years running the local club, "Team Summit," a non-profit team of athletes in competitive skiing and snowboarding. Professionally, I have collected a wealth of information about the community, the past and proposed future of the county, and my years as Director of Team Summit provided me with a network of friends and colleagues who are now my closest advisers. Specialties: My specialty is in the numbers. Apart from other Realtors, I have the ability to understand statistics, trends, and help customers approach real estate transactions with a scientific rationale.
