2017 - 22 transactions with $12,897,000 in gross sales: I sold 14 listings and closed with 9 buyers

While our changing market dictates a bit of fluctuation in buyers vs. sellers I have a broad base of committed clients that come back to work with me and continually refer their friends and family, this is the backbone of my business and also speaks to my mission statement.

MY BACKGROUND
I have always enjoyed working with people and helping people. In my current profession that means helping people realize their dreams of home ownership and sharing everything I love about living in the mountains. I have lived in this area since 1995-from Copper Mountain to Fairplay, Breckenridge to Frisco. I have been a licensed Realtor for 20+ years, starting with Prudential Timberhill in 1999. I was a consistent top producer, selling over $10 million in real estate every year. I moved over to Breckenridge Associates in 2007 and became the Managing Broker in our office from 2010 thru 2013. Those 4 years taught me more about real estate and human relations then my entire career.
