I am lucky to have been raised in Western Colorado. I began my career in real estate in 1992, working with my father, a ranch broker, and my mother, who owned a title company. The core values I learned from my parents were integrity, respect, dedication, and persistence. As I gained knowledge and experience in the real estate business, along with running two other businesses, investing in real estate, and backpacking around the world, I built the foundation for my skills as a team leader, collaborator, creative marketer, and aggressive negotiator.
I have found my home in the Grand Valley. Where else can you find such a perfect combination of warm days, cool nights, canyons and mountains, rivers and trails, friendly people, and a big enough town to have great food, great medical care, and lots to do? And the real estate price tag beats those resort towns every day of the week!
My team and I are consistently regarded as some of the best Realtors in the Grand Valley and surrounding areas. I created a team in order to better serve my clients needs. I found as my business grew that I could no longer devote enough time to communicating with my sellers and marketing their properties effectively if I was out showing property all day. So now I focus on the listing side, and I have trained, skilled, passionate Buyer Specialists on my team to assist buyers in finding the perfect properties. I also have a full time Client Care Specialist, and a Transaction Coordinator. We are focused on service, not sales, but of course we sure do sell a lot of properties by taking that approach. Your success builds our success.
Our process, whether working with buyers or sellers, involves using the latest technology available to us, while remembering that values such as professionalism and morals still matter to people, a lot. During a transaction as emotionally and financially important as buying or selling a home, the person who holds your hand during the process needs to be an expert, but also genuinely care about their clients best interests.

When Im not at work, youll find me on the trails of the Grand Valley or the San Juan Mountains, running, skiing, mountain biking, and enjoying the outdoors to the fullest. Usually with my two amazing kids, Zenon and Sofi!
