Top 5% in the Atlanta REALTORS Assocation. Since 1972, my focus has been to assist individual buyer and sellers in the purchase or sale of their personal residences. Listening to the individual needs of my clients is critical to guiding them through the decision process and listening has proven instrumental to me helping hundreds of buyers and sellers. In addition, I have thoroughly enjoyed sharing my experience and knowledge with sales agents, managers and broker all over the country. Its so rewarding to help buyers, sellers, agents and brokers realize their real estate goals. Bobbie earned a national reputation as a real estate Broker-owner who developed, maintained and grew a successful real estate business in Orlando, Floridas competitive market ultimately owning three offices there.
She was the President of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association in 1989-1990 and was twice
voted REALTOR OF THE YEAR in 1989 and 1993. Driven and dedicated in the industry, she has held many committee and leadership positions and was a Director of the Florida Association and National Association of REALTORS for many years. Bobbie holds the GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert, CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) and PSA,(Pricing Strategist Advisor) all coveted national real estate designations. Bobbie was an Instructor for the ERA New Broker Orientation from 1990 1993. She was a Master Coach and Trainer for Quantum Training Services a national real estate national sales training and coaching company helping real estate agents across the country.
After marrying Tom Schmitt, a national real estate developer, Bobbie sold her real estate company in Orlando and moved to Atlanta where she activated her real estate brokerage license and opened her own interior design firm. The design firm has specialized in residential and commercial interior design, condominium common area design and decorating, new construction and refurbishment specifications, space planning and decorating. Real estate and interior design go hand in hand and I can offer my clients years of experience in both fields. Its a natural fit. She stays on top of all design trends and whats happening within the real estate community in the Greater Atlanta area and neighboring cities.
Bobbie enjoys spending time with her blended family including 10 children and more than 20 grandchildren. Bobbie loves to travel, bicycle and golf with her husband and spoil her puppy, Chanel.
