McLean is our man on the ground. He moves mountains in this hot real estate market to get our sellers top dollar for their homes while other agents just let a house sell itself. For our buyers, he knows the inside scoop in the market and ensures they get in to see the houses they love before they disappear. He has made it his business to know houses inside and out to assist clients far beyond the call of duty in considerations related to home construction, maintenance, and updating. McLean is also a financial expert, and assists clients in navigating the financial aspects of their real estate transactions, whether it involves complex lending arrangements or a cash deal. McLean has earned the specialty designations of Certified Military Residential Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert.
Ginger was a licensed attorney before becoming a Realtor and has experience beyond your typical broker in real estate transactions, contract negotiation and drafting, and litigation (or more importantly avoiding litigation!). She is able to bring buyers and sellers together while helping make certain that our clients are fully informed and their transactions are carefully managed to get to the closing table.
When they aren't working, McLean and Ginger relax playing a round of golf, hitting the slopes, and camping with their children. McLean is a Colorado native and while Ginger is not, she has lived in Colorado since 1994. They both have seen decades of amazing growth and development, and enjoy sharing their love of Colorado living with their clients.
