Lee's real estate career has spanned over 30-years in Telluride. Lee is the founder-owner and license partner of Engel and Vlkers Telluride. Ten years prior he was the Owner and Managing Broker of a successful boutique real estate firm in Telluride. Joining forces with Europe's' leading real estate service provider has been a natural pairing for Lee who continually seeks challenges and innovative ways to connect with his market. Lee has consistently focused on the high-end luxury segment where he has been successful in bridging exceptional people with insiders' knowledge about our fast-paced market. Lee is also the founder and owner of the region's largest luxury second home management services company, Kastle Keepers, LLC. Lee brings a deeper multifaceted level of understanding to every single transition that other agents are not equipped with. Whether it be the buying, selling, the negotiations of the deal, knowing and understanding how mountain homes function and how they have historically performed has given him and his team of professionals elevated credentials when it comes to knowledge of this market's important properties. He continues to earn new credentials in the luxury real estate industry and frequents continuing education seminars. Lee fully embraces his entrepreneurial spirit having founded the Telluride Independent Realtors Broker forum in 2016, San Joaquin Realty (2006-2018), and Kastle Keepers, LLC (1991-present). Lee has been married since 1991 to his ski and mountain partner Sheilagh. In 2002, they had a daughter, Kendahl, who has become an amazing person and is a hardworking AP student at the Telluride High School/Vail Winter Tutorial programs with her own ambitions. She is someone who just happens to be a nationally ranked, top 10, alpine ski racer. His all-time favorite activity is mountain biking Prospect Trail day-after-day with Kendahl on gorgeous Telluride summer mornings or completing a daily CrossFit workout. Never complacent, spending quality family time either traveling, mountain biking in nearby Utah rounds out a typical year. Hard work with amazing people, community, and passionate play are the things that bring him great joy and complete his life here. He believes that there is no better place to raise a kid.
