Originally from Taiwan and fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Karl's family moved to Fort Collins Colorado in 1983 when he was eight, He worked at FirstBank of Northern Colorado throughout college and after graduating from Colorado State University in 1998, Karl took a position at State Farm Insurance as an underwriter. In 2001, he began his real estate career with John Laing Homes as an on-site salesperson selling in several communities including the highly desirable Central Park development in Denver.
As one of Central Parks first residents, he's met and worked with hundreds of homeowners/friends in the community. He's become such a neighborhood fixture and still continues to live in the community that he loves and help build. Throughout his career, he has helped Buyers and Sellers all over Colorado including as far North as Fort Collins and as far South as Colorado Springs with everywhere else in between.
