I got into real estate to meet new people and help them fulfill their real estate needs. I understand buying a home is one of the biggest financial transactions and investments you can make in life, and I want to help my clients find the home that is right for them. Whether you are a first-time buyer or have had multiple home buying and/or selling experiences, I will help you understand the current process and the real estate market in the area you are buying in so that you can make an educated offer when you find a home you want to buy.
Selling your home can be equally important as you want to get the maximum profit possible. Let me help by researching the market in your area to help you offer your home at the most strategic price. If you are also buying a home at the same time, it can get a bit complicated, and I can help you know what options you have for doing so.
On a personal level, I grew up in Tacoma. When I got married, my husband and I moved to Graham for a brief time before settling in Puyallup to raise our three children. That is where we bought our house and made it a home and it is where we like to spend time with family, friends, and our dog. The south Puget Sound area is a beautiful place to live, and I am thankful for all it has to offer.
When we do want to get away, we are lucky to have a vacation home near Roslyn, WA where we can enjoy snowmobiling and bonfires in the winter and hiking and exploring in the summer. We are also fortunate to have use of a family cabin on Mason Lake where I like to practice my home improvement skills while enjoying a beautiful view.
