Tim has been a Colorado resident since 1988, first spending two years skiing and cycling in Steamboat Springs before settling down in Boulder.

His background includes Sales Associate at Excel Sports, a local cycling catalog company, and National Sales Manager at Mountainsmith, a backpack and cycling pack manufacturer based in Golden. In 1997, he won the Colorado State Road Cycling Championships (Category 3). In 1998, Tim founded a successful tax advisory business which now employs 125 people in the Boulder/Denver area.


For the past 21 years, Tim has been involved in the Colorado real estate market buying, selling, fixing & flipping, advising and investing. Tims unique background in sales and business has made him an expert negotiator, while his cycling career has provided him with the drive, discipline and focus to achieve great success as a Realtor with Pedal to Properties.

Tim holds a BS degree in Political Science with a minor in History from James Madison University in Virginia.
