Michael Seguin is a partner and broker in the Beaver Creek office of Engel & Vlkers Vail. Born in New Zealand, I grew up with a passion for skiing. After gaining my certification I taught skiing in Austria, Japan and eventually Colorado. I spent two seasons at Winter Park, two at Copper Mountain and have been at Beaver Creek in the Vail Valley for about 26 years now. 17 years ago I started my own real estate company with my partner Kris. My years of teaching have trained me to listen and nurture. These attributes I have applied to the real estate world and it is how I take care of my clients. I am not aggressive nor do I push, buying or selling a home is a guided discovery process. I am actively involved in our local board of Realtors and currently serve on the board as well as the foundation board. In December 2016, our firm joined the Engel & Vlkers family. I am thrilled to join this cutting-edge brand and I see this as an opportunity to get to the next level in my real estate business. I currently reside in Avon, Colorado, the heart of the Vail Valley. I love to play golf, ski and enjoy just about any social activities.
