Camille has been a real estate broker since the late 1980s. Her passion for the preservation of Lake Tahoe, California led her to a degree in environmental policy from the University of California, Davis and master of business from Pepperdine University. She pioneered a methodology for identifying where homes could be built without causing erosion which was destroying the clarity of the lake. Shortly after being recruited by one of the nations largest land planning companies, she established herself as a leader in the new field of community relations; where she represented landowners of thousands of acres develop their properties in a responsible manner. She pioneered the field of community relations, inviting neighbors and entire towns to participate in the planning for future communities, such as Ladera Ranch, Bolsa Chica, Rancho Mission Viejo, and Coto de Caza to name a few. Building a consensus and being a negotiator came naturally to her and led to mutually successful outcomes for both seller and buyer. Her technical knowledge of land use, zoning, and physical site planning contributes to how she adds value when working with sellers of ranches, large tracts of land as well as residential properties.

Combining a love of the land, its potential and the relationships with the owners and sellers is what fuels her passion for representing clients. For ten years she has been broker/owner of Rancho Cortina Properties and also the regional manager for Cabelas Trophy Properties. Shes built and sold over 500 new homes as well as designing and building numerous equestrian facilities. Her love of the western lifestyle led her to Colorado and involvement with rodeo and 4H.

She represents clients throughout Colorado and California and welcomes your inquires. Providing outstanding customer service with the expectation of exceeding clients expectations is her goal. Managing every step of the process to allow the seller or buyer peace of mind is her objective. In a word, tenacious and committed to the outcome best describes her style of business.

Camille believes in investing in her community, and does so through volunteering for the Elizabeth Stampede Rodeo, 4H, the Colorado Reined Cow Horse Association, and Colorado Horse Council. Fostering lasting relationships is the why in all she does.

Camille specializes in ranch, farm, land, development land and residential transactions.
