As the son of a custom-home builder and an entrepreneur by nature, real estate was the perfect choice for Shawn to showcase his professional skills while utilizing his B.S.B.A. degree.
Prior to real estate, Shawn was successful growing three different companies into multi-million dollar operations. It was during this time that Shawn realized his true passion came from sales and networking. Shawn is a tenacious negotiator which often allows him to help his clients achieve their goals where others thought it would be impossible. In addition, you will rarely find a community event taking place where Shawn is not in attendance. This gives his clients access to his extended personal network in the valley.
Like many others looking to call the Roaring Fork Valley home, Shawn enjoys various outdoor activities such as: skiing, biking, rafting, camping, and hiking. If that is not exciting enough, Shawn and his wife, Rachel, welcomed their son to the world in April 2018. Currently Shawn serves on the board of Roaring Fork Young Professionals, Glenwood Springs Association of Realtors - Community Relations Committee, and he actively volunteers with several other local non-profits.Shawn has the energy and drive to get the job done along with the business experience and knowledge necessary to protect his clients best interests.
