Kimberly Bungard is the newest addition to our team here at United Country Real Estate Colorado Lifestyle Property and Auction. Although she is new to the real estate business, she is learning quickly. Kim has lived in Colorado since 1998 and is very proud to call this beautiful state home. Her passions include her family, community service and outdoor recreation. Kim moved to Fremont County, from Denver, after meeting her husband Cory. At that time, she became very involved in the local Elks lodge and even served as an officer and as the secretary for several years. She remains involved in the Elks youth activities programs. Kim was an early childhood educator for over ten years. She has worked and volunteered for youth programs for most of her life. Kim was also involved with the local Chamber of Commerce, as their Office Administrator. Kim decided to make the move to real estate when her dad, Dale Gagas, was in need of an office manager. With her experience at the Elks lodge and the Chamber of Commerce, Kim has become a very organized and efficient office manager. She is also currently studying to improve her skills. Her goal is to help this family office be the best that it can be.
Dale specializes in country homes, mountain homes, land for sale, horse properties and co transactions.
