I have been in the Commercial Real Estate business since 1989, and in Aspen since 1999. During that time I have been very active in commercial leasing, business sales and the sale of investment multi-use buildings. My experience includes Aspen development analysis, property management, marketing for disposition, acquisition evaluation, retail and office leasing. I have spent the last few years focused on downtown Aspen and in that time brokered a number of quite transactions with total confidentiality and integrity.
