After moving to loveland from Southern California in 2001, my wife convinced me to chase my lifelong dream of becoming a Realtor. Early success in the business only fueled the fire, and I have enjoyed a career in real estate ever since.
I love the day-to-day challenges of the real estate business. Meeting new people and helping them buy and sell properties still drives me. Every time I close a sale, it gives me as much satisfaction as my first transaction did.
I was named Rookie of the Year award by the Loveland-Berthoud Board of Realtors in 2003. Im also proud of the multiple Diamond Club and Diamond Club Elite awards I earned from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for sales volume.
My wife of 30 years and I love the quality of life, slower pace and welcoming community that Northern Colorado offers. Now that we are empty nesters, we love to travel. We try to spend our anniversaries at a different Major League Baseball stadium every year. I also have a passion for dirt bikes, which I still enjoy racing from time to time.
Always an optimist, I know the best is yet to come!
