It didnt take Sandi Zimmerman long to begin making her mark in real estate in Colorado. In fact, she is the youngest ever President of the Colorado Association of REALTORS.
In 1988 and 1994, Sandi earned REALTOR of the Year from the Douglas/Elbert REALTOR Association. Zimmerman also secured the CAR Presidents Distinguished Community Service Award in 1991. She was awarded the RE/MAX President Award, the highest honor for service to the real estate industry given annually in a five-state region to an agent who has shown outstanding commitment to community involvement and service in the industry. Most recently, Sandi received the RE/MAX 25 Years of Service award.
Sandi served as President of the Douglas/Elbert REALTOR Association in 1987 and 1988. She has also been a CAR and NAR Director and has held numerous committee chairs including legal Hotline and State Convention. Topping it off, Sandi was the state associations president in 1996. She is currently on the RE/MAX Professionals Leadership Team and a member of the Colorado Association of Realtor.
Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Sandi began her real estate career in 1979. She has been active in the real estate industry for 34 years and with association leadership for 25 years.
Sandi is not only dedicated to her profession but also to her family and church. She says she would not have been able to achieve her goals without the support of her husband Mark and sons, Kyle and Blake. She and her husband make their home in Castle Rock and look for every opportunity to enjoy water skiing, snowboarding, bible study, golf, and time away in Grand Lake with their grandchildren and family.
Sandi specializes in build new, acreage, farms, horses, investment property, lots, new homes, new houses and vacant land transactions.
