Matthew Powell has lived in Northern Colorado since 1999 when he moved here from Illinois to attend Graduate School at CSU. Passionate about the amenities Colorados luxurious mountains offered, he knew this is where he would start his family and grow his career. With encouragement from his wife, Kristi who was a Realtor at the time, now a stay at home mom, Matthew became a licensed Realtor in 2007.
Matthew leverages his experiences as a family man into helping clients find a home that will truly fit their lifestyle and needs. He relishes the opportunity to educate and advise his clients with current market data, housing trends and home evaluations, ensuring his clients understand where the market is and where it is going. This process gives buyers and sellers the confidence they need to make the best decision for their future. He specializes in the
residential market, representing sellers, investors and buyers and has helped over 350 families in Northern Colorado.
Matthew provides exceptional service to his clients and clients referrals through getting to know each client on an individual level. He takes great pride that his client sphere is primarily made up of repeat and referral business. When he is not talking real estate, he enjoys spending time with his 4 boys and wife exploring new heights of Colorado; hiking, biking, skiing and camping are some of their favorite activities.
