Brandi Villani is an International Sterling Society award winning Realtor representing clients in Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven counties. Moving around a lot growing up has given her the drive to help buyers put down those roots she was always missing as a child. She prides herself on always anticipating her client's needs as they work together through the moving process. She attributes her success in business to working by referral and her loyal client base because they know her commitment to ethics and client service is of the highest degree. She is the current President Elect of The Women's Council of Realtor's Greater Fairfield County network and holds the designations for Accredited Buyer Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist. When not out with clients you can find Brandi boating on Candlewood Lake, at the gym kickboxing, taking a hip-hop dance lesson, reading, and giving back to her community through various works of charity. Brandi lives in Bethel with her fiancee Kris, their three children and dogs Nash and Olive.
