As your buyer agent we will discuss your needs and wants in a home. I'll provide you with a referral list of Mortgage Brokers who will give you a same day prequalification. Once you know your budget, it's time to consider prospective towns and communities you're interested in. How long will your commute be? Do you have a preferred style of home you see yourself in? How many bedrooms or bathrooms will suit your needs? Is a garage or a fenced in yard important to you? Together, we'll go through all the questions necessary to get to the target property that is the best fit for your lifestyle. I'll set up showings and once you've decided on "the one" we'll discuss the market to make sure we put together a fair offer for consideration. I'll negotiate the best deal for you with personal care and attention to serve your best interest. I promise to be there with you every step of the way from first conversation to closing.

As your listing agent my goal is to get you the most money in the shortest amount of time possible. We'll discuss your timeline, the timing of selling in the current market, your reason for selling and of course, pricing the house to sell according to the current market trends. You are ready to sell but is the house ready? Often times houses sit on the market without an offer because there are minor fixes that have been neglected. I will walk through the house with an objective and honest eye to detail and point out what needs to be repaired, touched up or refreshed in order to get buyers to make an offer. It's important for buyers to be able to see themselves living in the home. At this stage in the process for a serious seller it may be necessary to de-clutter and depersonalize. This could be as simple as limiting personal photos and removing wall paper to clearing out 30 years of attic and/or basement storage. In certain cases it may be necessary to obtain a storage space/pod and move items over to get the house sold sooner. Staging is something that I always discuss with my sellers. It can be a matter of moving furniture to showcase a room in a better light to hiring a service which will furnish a room or the entire home. We'll also discuss marketing and showing the home in a positive manner to which you deserve. I will be there with you throughout the process to answer any questions and provide my expertise with care and consideration.
