Tom comes to Elyse Harney Real Estate after a 25 year career in International Reinsurance that included most recently the design and implementation of a new Bermuda Reinsurance Firm. He currently resides in Salisbury, CT where he serves on the board of the Salisbury Historic District Commission and is also a member of the Historic New England Preservation Group.
