My name is Adam Clemens and I am a lifelong resident of Connecticut, a full-time Realtor, and the Vice President of Sales at Century 21 Clemens Group, an award-winning real estate firm serving all of Connecticut for over 28 years with offices in Glastonbury and Rocky Hill. I have had the distinct pleasure of listing and selling some of Connecticut's finest homes for over 21 years and I appreciate the opportunity to work with you as well.
Proudly regarded as a national top producer, I have earned the coveted Centurion Producer award multiple times including back-to-back years in 2020 and 2021. The Centurion is one of the most prestigious awards presented to a Century 21 producer and achieved only by the top 1% of sales professionals nationally. I have also earned many other Masters level honors including the Diamond, Emerald, and Ruby awards. I am consistently ranked in the Top 10 Century 21 agents in Connecticut and have been recognized as one of Hartford Business Journals top business leaders in the state. I have also been a featured contributor and guest on NBC, CBS, ABC, and FOX, and even appeared on ESPNs SportsCenter representing our iconic companys global rebrand in 2018. Most importantly and above all else, I am passionate about helping my clients sell and find their dream homes every day.
I am not a salesperson, I am a matchmaker with expertise in home construction, design, financing, and contract negotiation and I help make people's real estate dreams their reality every day, and I love it! I take great pride in my commitment to providing personalized service to all of my clients, helping them to find the perfect home to match their unique lifestyles. Having worked with everyone from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors and representing clients in all sizes and types of transactions, including an impressive portfolio of luxury homes, I have my fingers on the pulse of the local real estate markets.
Many agents today have become complacent when it comes to listing and marketing homes. I, however, love and embrace technology and continue to develop and utilize the latest tools and social platforms supporting the real estate industry, affording me the ability to develop a vast network of contemporaries with whom I collaborate on a global scale.
When I am not listing and selling homes, I dedicate a great deal of my time to our community. Twelve years ago, I co-founded The Linda Clemens Breast Cancer Foundation, a Connecticut non-profit dedicated to providing comfort and support to local women and their families, in memory of my mother. I also sit on the New England Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society and the Board of Directors of the Connecticut River Valley Chamber of Commerce, serving Glastonbury, Marlborough, and East Hartford.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, playing golf, cycling, and relaxing at my familys house on the Connecticut shoreline with my wife and our rescue dog.
