Susan Bond is a Full-Time real estate salesperson specializing on residential real estate sales in the northern Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess county markets. Her focus is on assisting home buyers and property sellers for single family homes, condos, co-ops, land, new construction, multi-family properties, waterfront homes, AirBnB investments.
As a former Interior Designer, Susan felt the transition to Real Estate was a natural segue. Her inherent ability to listen and create beautiful home interiors also provided an opportunity to cultivate many new client-friends. She sees real estate not only as a vehicle to assist clients in the purchase and sale of their homes but also to create lasting relationships as well.
Susan brings a high level of expertise to everything she touches. Working closely with clients, she considers herself the ultimate match maker, whether finding you that perfect fit as a buyer or strategically marketing your home as a seller. She has a passion for real estate and strives to make each client feel important and valued.
Prior to real estate Susan worked in Residential and Commercial Interior Design. She experimented with contemporary and midcentury modern custom furniture designs and dealt with a lot of international products, toured many luxury homes and did space planning for office space. She also worked as Director of outings and events for Hollowbrook and Branton Woods golf courses creating multi-site experiences and as a Travel manager putting together destinations and travel tour packages for a variety of clientele. And most recently she managed a healthcare office for Caremount Medical overseeing the office functions between patients and physicians while creating optimum experience for all.
A resident of the area for 35 years, Susan has been active with local theatre companies as actor/director and producer. Currently she serves as Creative Director for The Demitasse Repertory Co which brings awareness and understanding to mental illness. She has also volunteered at the SPCA and is a Toastmaster.
