Born and raised in the area -Licensed real estate agent since 1984 - Worked as a real estate paralegal in New London, CT for a large real estate law firm for 17 years handling thousands of real estate closings and working under the attorney for local Real Estate Board. For 2 years, worked for a Title Insurance Company as an Account Representative interacting with real estate attorney offices all over the State of CT, searching and running down title to properties and recording closing documents. Full time real estate for the last 15 years, 12 years working for a large condominium property management company as an in house real estate agent selling hundreds of condominiums and homes. Last 6 years, working with local condominium complexes with HUD to get the condominiums the FHA approvals needed for financing which involves knowledge of all those complexes, condominium documents and info. Currently at Heritage Properties for the last 3 years working with Buyers and Sellers of both houses and condominiums in New London and Middlesex Counties.
