Living in the local community, raising my four children, and volunteering in the area made me realize that Northeastern Connecticut is a special place. I was intrigued at the prospect of helping other people find what I have - "A wonderful place to call home".
Working first as an assistant to my broker before getting my real estate license, let me gain first hand knowledge of the business. Later when she retired, I went out and got my broker license so I could take over the business.
When, in 2002, we moved the office to the stone house at 201 Providence Road in Brooklyn, we changed the name of the agency to StoneHouse Real Estate to reflect that landmark building. Our company is as solid as that old stone house. We are a part of the local community. We have been through good real estate markets and not so good markets. But we are still there.
Our motto, that we bring Buyers and Sellers Together, is because we believe that a home truly is where your story will begin.
