Raised in Maryland by New Yorkers, I got to know DC at an early age. And my mother always loved going to open houses, which I thought was strange at the time. Can you say foreshadowing? After college in the Midwest (Go Blue!), it was back to DC for good. I delight in discovering a property with cool period detail, seeing a gorgeous contemporary home, or walking with a friend in Rock Creek Park.
I began my career in real estate after many years of helping non-profit organizations and foundations run strategic communication campaigns. As a Realtor, I offer my clients that same focus on strategy to buy or sell a home. My job is to listen to your wants and needs, communicate about the process, and be your advisor and advocate, whether you are a first-time buyer, experienced buyer and seller, or an investor. (And, yes, the skills Ive acquired as a yoga instructor sometimes come in handy as well.)
