- Kristin is originally from Downingtown, PA with summers spent in Ocean City, Maryland. She currently resides in West Mount Airy after living in South Philly for twelve years.

- She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1998 from The University of the Arts. She participated in an independent study in Art History and Printmaking in Europe and later completed a certificate in Interior Design at Moore College of Art.

- Kristins Fine Art background led to a career in advertising and graphic design prior to real estate. Her interest in building construction, architecture and interior design has progressed to purchasing and rehabbing her own homes and investment properties.

- She participates in the Passyunk Square Civic Association, West Mt. Airy Neighbors Association, sits on the West Mt. Airy Zoning Committee Board, and is a Big Sister through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Kristin specializes in buyers, first-time home buyers, relocation, sellers and staging transactions.
