As the principals of The Baldini Team at Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate, Nick and Marias mission is straightforward: to use their knowledge and experience to work for you - and this team has plenty of both to share. Therefore, he holds both the REALTOR and the Associate Broker designations. In 2016, Nick completed the Sales Mastery Program from Real Estate Leadership. In addition, Nick is a board member of the Newark Landlord Association. Maria and Nick received staging certification, and both are licensed real estate agents in Delaware and Pennsylvania. The Baldini Team has been recognized no less than seven times by The Realty Alliance in recognition of an exceptional performance as one of the leading residential real-estate sales professionals in North America.
