I am a Sussex County Native and a full-time sales agent. I have been selling real estate since 2005 and have steadily increased my business each year. In 2010 I sold over 6 million dollars in Real Estate and received the Leading Edge Award from Prudential Real Estate Franchise. I continued to earn this award in 2011, 2012, and 2013. In May of 2014 I was given the opportunity to work with Jack Lingo, REALTOR in downtown Rehoboth Beach. I have earned the Five Star Professional Award for the past 4 years (2016, 2017,2018, 2019) and I appreciate all of my clients who nominated me. In 2017 I sold over 11 million in real estate and it was my most successful year to date. I have learned so much and have been very successful making the move to work with the Jack Lingo family. My late grandfather, who was one of the original contractors for the Jack Lingo office building in Rehoboth Beach, would have wanted me here so I am happy to have joined the team.I grew up in the Bethany/Rehoboth/Lewes Beach areas and only left for a brief time to attend college at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. I majored in Communication and Media Studies and graduated in 2000. I immediately moved back home after graduation to enjoy the Coastal Beaches and start my career. My family owns a local furniture business in Lewes and I worked with them for almost 5 years before getting my Real Estate License. I focus most of my business in residential sales, but since I have lived in the area my entire life I do have knowledge of our commercial market. My family has been rooted in Sussex County for many generations. My grandfather was a local, custom builder here in Susses County for over 50 years and developed many communities here. He taught me everything I know about real estate and our local market. I am happy to work with buyers and sellers and I love selling real estate.
