Elizabeth "Liz" Hull is a long-time resident of the Jersey Shore, having moved from Long Island in 1986. She earned her B.A. at Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ and was a band director and music teacher for 10 years. Following a successful career in the public schools, Liz put her degree in Education to work in a different way, and began a career as a realtor at the Jersey Shore. Liz is passionate about educating buyers, sellers, and investors on the process of real estate transactions. Although Liz enjoys working on all types of real estate matters throughout NJ, she specializes in waterfront properties, flood zone matters, estates, landlord-investors, and first-time home buyers. She has been recognized as a top producer in her field, and is a multi-year NJ Circle of Excellence award winner. Above all things, Liz puts relationships both with her clients and with fellow agents first. She and her husband Brian, along with their 3 children, are residents of the riverfront community of Island Heights, NJ.
