Molly obtained her real estate license in 2012 after completing her graduate degree in school counseling. While she loved the aspect of counseling, she always had interest in real estate as her parents had been involved in real estate since she was young and started a family business: Marsh Realty to which two of her siblings also had joined. She quickly realized she could utilize her education and counseling techniques into the real estate field so joining the family business seemed like a perfect fit! Most recently, she obtained her West Virginia real estate license in 2020.
Molly resides in Rohrersville, Maryland with her husband and two children: Harper and Chase. She enjoys working at the downtown Frederick office along with her family members. Marsh Realty's tagline is "Family to Family." Our number one goal is to treat you like family: from our family to yours!
