My formal education prepared me to be an artist and a theologian, or so I thought. Never in a million years did I expect my path to lead me to real estate! Truth be told, I never was that great of an artist. And theology?...well, its complicated. But not all was lost! Obtaining 2 of the 10 worst college degrees (according to Forbes magazine) hasnt been all that bad for my real estate career! As a trained artist, I learned valuable lessons in problem solving, thinking outside the box, how to share constructive feedback, and how to see the potential in what others discarded. As a trained theologian with practical tendencies, I learned how to lead, comfort, strengthen, and listen. I also developed a passion to help mediate interpersonal conflict, and advocate for marginalized communities. ALL of these skills, and many others cultivated throughout my educational and professional pursuits have come in quite handy so far! Buying and/or selling real estate is a multi-pronged process that in many cases involves blood, sweat, and tears on all sides! It involves raw emotion, vulnerability, and a need for patience. I value the transferable skills I bring to an unexpected career path that I am honored to claim. I get to make sure that people are treated fairly when they buy the home they will raise a family in, retire in, retreat to, or just simply enjoy together! I get to help you find the neighborhood where you plant your own roots and grow. I get to inspire you to think outside the bounds of possibility when it comes to income generating opportunities that re-position families for generations.
