Why did I become a real estate professional? My passion for helping others navigate the real estate world was ignited when I had to help an older family member, Aunt Rachel, move and sell their home across the country. I truly depended on my real estate agent to get me through everything. I realized that this process could be made much harder or much easier by the realtor involved. Having a great realtor helped me focus on the emotional part of the process for my Aunt Rachel, and not so much of the time-consuming financial and legal parts. Afterwards, I wanted to help other people during the sometimes confusing, sometimes anxious, home buying and selling process. Thats really why I got into the business. And I have found it rewarding beyond all expectations.
I enjoy helping excited homebuyers find their first home that they can afford and love at the same time. I also look forward to helping older clients downsize, resize or move to a continual care facility, and give them options as to what to do with all of their stuff, as my Aunt used to call it. I like dealing with sellers who are nervous about getting the most money out of their home, and show them confidently how to move on to their next home without debt. Each sale is approached differently because it is personalized for my clients.
Buying or selling a house is one of the most important decisions of your life, and its important to be informed at the beginning, middle and end of the process. My goal is to get you the most comprehensive list of informationkeeping in mind all the factors that you care about most. I relentlessly pursue houses or buyers for you, until we find the right fit, and communicate with you continuously along the way. I research the common demographics for your home, and market your house in front of that clientele from the start to get you the most money for your house, as quick as possible. During this process, I will close the deal efficiently, while never missing an important detail.
I will help you buy and sell your home, like I would want someone to do for me. I'm there for you throughout the entire process, to work out obstacles and bumps in the road along the way. You can always reach me anytime day or night. Real estate isnt just a job to me, it's my passion!
