Ted has been a licensed Delaware Realtor for several years, having retired as the Chief Operating Officer of a grant-giving, nation-wide organization.
Both he and his wife, Paula, and their families have been lifetime vacationers and owners in the Bethany, Ocean City, and Rehoboth Beach areas. Ted has owned several investment and rental properties over the years, which has given him a depth of experience in property acquisition and management. Teds wife was an Agent with Berkshire Hathaway Gallo Realty and they worked together as a team out of the Bethany office. Ted is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce.
Ted has proven knowledge and experience in sales and purchases of homes and land in the coastal Delaware region and can provide valuable assistance to anyone with their real estate needs.
Ted and Paula enjoy the many recreational activities with their friends, children, and grandchildren in lower Sussex County; including bicycling, golf, kayaking, and just walking on the beaches and boardwalks.
