Hi! I'm Melanie Marsh (nee' Pursglove). I am originally from Moon Township and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006; I moved to Chicago in 2007, where I worked selling online video advertising to large national corporate brands for almost 7 years. In 2014 I moved back to Pittsburgh to be close to my family, and while figuring out my next career move I decided to spend some time exercising my love for interior design by buying a house to flip. As luck would have it, flipping became a profitable passion, and I went on to flip nine more houses between 2015 and 2020. In 2015 I got my real estate license to buy and sell my own properties, and in doing so realized how much I loved selling real estate and working with home buyers and sellers. In January 2019, while finishing my last two flip projects I became a full-time REALTOR. In 2021 I joined Compass RE and launched the Melanie Marsh Team. I love what I do and I believe it shows in how I serve my clients!
