After shifting his focus from moving to real estate, Dan decided he wanted to try his hand at investing as he jumped in head first flipping his first fixer upper. Through trial and error, headache after headache, Dan realized one thing by the end of the project - regardless of the stress, this is something he wanted to do for the rest of his life.
