John McFadden of Springfield, in real estate since 1988, continues to be among the top sales agents in Delaware County and South Eastern Pennsylvania. Active in the community, McFadden is former Chairman of Delaware County Council. He served on the Board of Directors for the Community Action Agency, Industrial Development Authority, Taylor Hospital, Barrier Awareness as well as serving as Chairman of Delaware County Employees Retirement Fund. He is the former Chairman of the Delaware Valley Regional Finance Authority. John was a Springfield Township Commissioner. He also coached with the Springfield Athletic Association. John is a past President and Board Member of the Greater Springfield Business Association and is Chairman of the "Run for Heroes" 5K walk/run held each in October. Since 2000, over $380,000 has been raised and donated to the Hero Scholarship Fund of Delaware County where John serves on the Board of Directors. He was 3 term member of the Board of Directors for the 5,000 member Suburban West Realtor Association, as well as a current Board Member of the Suburban Realtors Alliance covering the 4 suburban counties. He is also a member of Springfield Township Vacancy Board.
