Moving to the Southern Jersey shore in 1985 I changed careers from the Hospitality Industry to Real Estate. Enjoying being around people it seemed an easy transition from the Hospitality Industry to Real Estate. I worked in a clothing store while in High School, after graduating I went on to Paul Smith's College for Hotel Management spending 11 years in the Hospitality field. I currently live in N Cape May with my wife Gerry. We have a son David Jr and lovely daughter-in-law Courtney. Our daughter Lori and her husband Ron have given us 4 lovely grandchildren. Some of my Real Estate achievements are:In 1990 I received the Greater Wildwood Cape May County REALTOR Associate of the Year Award for outstanding service to the community and local and state Board of REALTORS.I have my GRI and e-PRO designations and Broker certification. I have also received Lifetime Membership in the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club for 10 or more years of Excellence.My interests are, fishing-fresh and salt water, Boating, gardening and skiing.I'm also an active member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.
