My name is Kelly Pedersen, I am a real estate agent at the Julie Gritton Team of Coldwell Banker Premier. I live and work in the Sussex County, Delaware Beach area and enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer. I love living in Milton with my husband and three dogs. I enjoy walking my two Shetland Sheepdogs and one Basset Hound dog on the beach every day. I write a bi-weekly newsletter about the fun outdoor events, art shows, live music events, shopping, restaurants and more! I am passionate about my family of three married children and 9 grandchildren. I am originally from Pennsylvania and also have my real estate license there, too. I have my Masters Degree in Education and was a former Special Education Teacher for 20 plus years. I taught at a private school where my three children attended. Some of my family still lives there so I travel there often. Some of the things I enjoy doing outside of real estate are spending time with our grandchildren, horse riding, oil painting, volunteering at church, and reaching out to help the community.
