I am a life-long resident of Coastal Delaware. I started working in home sales in Rehoboth Beach 37 years ago and fell in love with real estate.
We will sit down and have a buyer consultation so I can learn about your criteria for your new home. We will then enter into a buyer agreement for me to be your Realtor. We will then work to narrow your search until we find the one whether it be current homes on the market or new construction, I will be your agent representing you every step of the way.
It is very important to have me with you when you visit any model homes on your first visit. THE SALES PERSON REPRESENTS THE BUILDER, NOT YOU. I have knowledge that may not be given to you by the salesperson, so trust that I have your best interests.
